TOFU AND VEGETABLE PATTIES
preparation time is 10 min cooking time 10 min MAKES 2
1 table spoon mashed silken tofu
1 table spoon mashed kumara
1 table spoon mashed carrot
1 table spoon pureed zucchini
2 teaspoons rice flour
1. combine ingredients in small bowl; shape into 2 patties.
2. Heat small lightly oiled non stick frying pan; cook patties, uncovered, about 3 min each side or until heated through and browned lightly.
THIS IS A VERY YUMMY RECIPE, I TRIED THAT MYSELF TOO.
