Fantastic trip with Thomas

Sunday has arrived, what a lovely day for a trip. We decided to take Ethan for a day trip after his breakfast and we went to see Thomas the tank engine. Upon arrival, he was so excited because there was a big banner in yellowish colour and had Thomas's photo on it.

He realised that he got a chance to see Thomas and started to say "doott doott" - which means train. He ran so quickly and we have to catch up with him on that day. Then he had his face painted for the 1st time and he sat there extremely still.

After having lots of funs, we decided to leave Emerald and Ethan kept on walking round and round the souvenier shop and we have decided to get him a Thomas balloon as a present.

Ethan's 1st time at playschool

On the 23rd March, we have decided to let Ethan to attend the 1st day of the playschool so that he would be able to interact with other young kids.. He really enjoy that but he is too active and unable to stay still to listen to the stories. He always wanted to go out and play with his favourite toy car.

Trip at New Zealand

HO HO HO!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE FOR THE YEAR OF 2008 and have a prosperous New Year in 2009.


Just wanted to update some photos which we have taken at New Zealand. In total we have taken about 800 of them wich i couldn't believe that our fingers just kept on clicking on the camera without realising we have taken so many. I will pick up the best one for you guys.

When we were at Goldcoast - Movie World, we bought Ethan a suit.

Trip to Gold Coast on the 30th July 2008

We have been planning for an interstate trip for quite some times now because Ethan hasn't experience on the flight yet. Therefore John and Wendy (daddy and mummy) decided to book a flight ticket just for the 3 of us to travel to Gold Coast on the 30th July 2007.

The night before the trip, we all busy packing our luggages and I couldn't believe that we have to pack the nappies, milk powder and all the required clothing for ethan. We all have 3 bags to check in. My godness... i can't believe that we have to bring so many things up to gold coast for 5 days and 4 nights.

The day has come and everyone was so excited. The night before we tried to put Ethan to bed as early as possible so that he will not get frustrated during the flight. He woke up at 8am and fed him breakfast and off we go to the airport.. Throughout the morning, john and myself got 'butterfly' in the tummy, I guess it's because we haven't fly for 4 years now. The last time we took the flight was when we got married and have to organise a dinner back in Malaysia.

When we arrived at the airport at 11am, it was so difficult to get a long term carpark at the undercover area. Then finally we managed to find spaces on the roof top. :( Unfortunately there is a walking distance therefore we have to take in turn to carry Ethan. On that day, Ethan wanted to walk by himself but he walked too slow therefore will required to carry him so that we could check in a bit earlier . By the time we finalised our check in it's already 11.40am, luckily we still have a bit more time to capture some photos at the airport.

Overall the trip was excellent and we took lots of photos and it's the best holiday ever.

Ethan's 1st walk

On the 12th June 2008, our little boy has taken off his 1st step unassisted. On that day he managed to walk 2 steps, the very next day, he has taken off to 4 - 5 steps and it's increasing day by day. We are so proud of our little boy ethan and he really started to grow up. He also seems very excited about the walking. Ethan started to have his own 'baby word'. He has been chatting through the whole day. Here are some video clips of ethan. Enjoy..............

Also attached some funny and cute pictures of Ethan which we have took recently for him. During the bath time, he was playing with his hair and suddenly he looks extremely gorgeous and looks like "master yoda - star wars character" heheh...

I will believe that he is the youngest pianist in this world. Seems like he loves to play the piano a lot.

Ethan's new toys

We bought a new chair for Ethan recently. He looks so comfy in his own chair. He has shown his pretty smile to everyone.

Ethan's 2nd Winter

Recently the weather in melbourne is getting colder and we need extra clothing for ethan and we found a jacket which we bought for ethan during his 1st winter and it's now fit perfectly well on him, which also made him very smart looking too.

Today it's a public holiday in austrlia 25/4/08, we went to my counsin's place to have a relaxing afternoon and ethan played with his 2nd cousin and seems like he did enjoy himself very much today. He just fall asleep soundly in the bedroom, finally i could have some quiet time for myself. For the past few days, ethan's appetite wasn't that good and I have been trying to think what sort of food to cook for him. Today when he was at his 2nd cousin's place, he ate 2 big container of porridge . Wow that was unbelievable. Here are some of the amazing photos and videos.

 

He finally found something new which he never play or seen before. He started to get curious with his new toys today.

Finally I saw Ethan walked all by himself for the 1st time with a walker supporting him. We never have this at home and this was amazing.. I see my boy walking.

Happy 1st Birthday

I can't believe that today 12th April 2008 it's Ethan's 1st birthday.
We have organised him a big party and have invited about 50 people to the party. Unfortunately some of our friends couldn't make it on that day and some of them have to leave early therefore we didn't manage to take any photos with them.

Thank you everyone for taking their previous time out to attend ethan's 1st birthday and he also received lots of presents on that day. Hereby, we sincerely wanted to say a big thank you. The food that we had were pretty typically Malaysian Chinese style and we really hope that everyone did enjoy themselves.

Overall, I will say that Ethan has been behaving himself on his b'day. He should have an afternoon nap after cutting the cake but I guess he is too excited and he didn't go to bed until 9pm. He was exhausted and dozed off while he was having the milk.

Today here are some shots which were taken by my uncle's camera. The photos might be repeated but hopefully some of them might be clearer or better. A lot of them are the natural shots ;)

After the party, there were still lots of drinks available in the esky box. I believe Ethan was very thirsty and he tried to reach out for the drinks in the icy cold water. At the end he decided to have some water from his own bottle.
